Context:
Spanish is spoken by 580 million people.
Official Language in over 20 countries, it is spoken differently in each one.
Mexico 2019: 14 million tourists. CDMX: over 80 thousand foreign residents.
User persona: Giovanna (Italian/Spanish). Has been living in CDMX for 2 months.
Interests: Local food, culture and crafts. Traveling. Digital nomad living. Friendships and social life.

Motivations: Communicating with locals! Mexican way of speaking. Learning of the local way of living.
Pain points: Being treated as a foreigner. Not understanding local words, jokes and WA texts. Trouble with ordering food. Forgetting new learnt vocabulary.
Two moments in the life of Giovanna, where not remembering local words end up with her feeling frustrated at the end of the day.

User Flow:
Step 1 - Giovanna looks up a word she just heard on the app (types it as she thinks it is spelled).
Step 2: The app suggests the correct word and shows definition and image.
Step 3: Giovanna saves the word on her favorites.
Step 4: She must register to save favorite words.
Step 5: She creates an account and begins creating her personalized dictionary.

LoFi testing results:
1. Why do we ask for the user to input their nationality when the app will offers no value to them for that: delete input.
2: Change the position of the images so user can read and see graphics of the word at the same time.

Next steps:
Based on benchmark research, one revenue channel could be developed via a store with personalized design merchandise that uses local words and phrases.
Target non-Spanish-speaking users: translation to English and research other languages opportunity field. Mexican AND basic Latin American and Spain Spanish vocabulary for travelers. Gastronomy section.
